Ray Wilkinson is the managing director and is a qualified cabinet maker and joiner,
resident in Jersey since 1970. Having worked for various building companies, he has
been running his own business since 1982.

The company of Ray Wilkinson Builders Ltd was formed in Jersey in January 2000
The registered address is PO Box 179, St Helier, Jersey JE4 9RJ

The Company is a member of the Jersey Construction Council and The Jersey
Building & Allied Trades Employers’ Federation (Ray Wilkinson has been a member
since 1982 and is a Fellow of the Faculty of Builders) and undertakes general building
works in accordance with modern building methods, techniques and specifications.

All site staff holds Passport to Safety cards.

As well as general building works the Company is also equipped to manufacture high
quality joinery works in its own workshop by in-house cabinet maker trained
craftsmen.

Both the general building and joinery works operate from the postal address of
Thistle Storage, La Grande Route de St Laurent, St Lawrence, JE3 1NN, with
the general administration centred at offices in St Brelade.

The Company is willing to undertake works valued at only a few pounds up to a
million pounds and is experienced in competitive tendered procedures as well as
carrying out works by the way of negotiation or direct quotations.

The Company utilises a computer system with on line printing, fax and modem link
facilities and also subscribes to Building Cost Information Services and specific
Construction publications.
